Stur came on board with some historic fulfilment issues which were causing sales to nose-dive. Repairing their brand wasn’t just about boosting sales – it was finding the right infrastructure and strategies to improve their brand perception and make them a more efficient operation.
We took over complete management of their Amazon Seller account initially to manage fulfilment and seller refunds. After establishing effective processes we later optimised their Amazon product listings to rank higher in Amazon search results and set up engaging A+ Content.
